We compile our own information through the acquisition of deed and mortgage documents for Cook, DeKalb, DuPage, Kane, Kendall, Lake, McHenry, and Will counties located in Northern Illinois. Since we compile our own data, the currency and accuracy are second to none. Once the data is compiled, it goes through a series of address verification and geo-coding processes.The data is assigned a geo-code census tract number along with latitude and longitude coordinates. From doing this, we have the ability to assign each record a State Representative District, State Senate District, and Congressional District. This ensures that records are only being pulled for those residing within your district. Our historical databases date back five years and are constantly being updated. We compile data on a daily basis, making it available for our customers on a weekly basis.
